Dr. Guido Lageard graduated in 2017 from the University of Turin, with a score of 110/110. His thesis, on commercial criminal law, was entitled: “The Criminal Liability of the Director in the Absence of Delegated Responsibility”.
After graduating, he began working at Studio Lageard and, since 2018, he has been on the register of lawyers qualified to practice in the courts of the district of the Court of Appeal of Turin.
He has worked on cases related to workplace health and safety, environmental crimes, corporate and tax crimes and crimes against the public administration. He is also gaining experience in the area of corporate administrative liability, pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and in the delegation of functions related to workplace safety.
He is bilingual in Italian and French and speaks English fluently.
