Dr. Valeria Solitario graduated in 2019 with honours with a masters degree in law from the University of Turin and a score of 110/110. Her thesis, on commercial criminal law, was inspired by a work experience placement in the Turin Tribunal and was entitled: “The Protection of the Trademark in Aspects of Civil and Criminal law. The Bicerin Brand: Counterfeiting or Popularisation?”
She began her training at Studio Lageard before graduating and has dealt mainly with cases related to workplace health and safety, corporate and tax crimes, crimes against the public administration and professional liability.
She is also gaining experience in relation to the administrative liability of companies pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.
She has a good working knowledge of English.
