Chiara Giuntelli

Avv. Chiara Giuntelli graduated with honours from the University of Turin in 1997 with a degree in law and then worked for several years as a researcher for the Chair of Criminal Law at the University of Turin, Prof. G. Marini.

She was admitted to the Turin Bar in 2000 and gained higher rights of audience to the Supreme Court in 2013.

She joined Studio Lageard in 2000 and was made a Partner of the firm in 2004.

She deals mainly with corporate criminal law, in particular with workplace health and safety, crimes against public safety, environmental crimes, corporate and tax crimes, insolvency, data protection, the administrative liability of entities pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and crimes against the public administration.

She provides both litigation and out of court advisory services to national and international corporate clients, public bodies and other prominent semi-public bodies.

She also advises companies in relation to drafting company Organisational Models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and assists company Supervisory Boards in relation to all compliance activities. She currently acts as a member of a company Supervisory Board.

Avv. Chiara Giuntelli also delivers training courses, in all areas of her professional expertise, to companies, training bodies and public entities.

She is a regular speaker at conferences on workplace health and safety and on various issues relating to the implementation of Legislative Decree 231/2001. She has also written for various publications on criminal law, the administrative liability of entities and workplace health and safety.

She has an excellent working knowledge of French.
