Chiara Romano

Avv. Chiara Romano graduated with honours in 2005 with a degree in law and a score of 110/110. Her thesis was entitled: “The Burn Out: Problems in the Field of Criminal Labor Law”.

She joined Studio Lageard and continued to work at the firm after gaining rights of audience to the Court of Appeal of Turin in 2008.

Avv. Chiara Romano advises mainly on corporate criminal law issues, providing both litigation and out of court advisory services. Her areas of specialisation include crimes against the public administration, workplace health and safety and road traffic offences.

She has significant experience in drafting company Organisational Models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and in advising company Supervisory Bodies on anti-corruption and all other compliance activities. She also delivers training to clients on the effective adoption of company Organisational Models.

She has a good working knowledge of English and Spanish.
