Deborah De Lorenzo

Avv. Deborah de Lorenzo graduated with honours in law with a score of 110/110. Her thesis, on the subject of commercial criminal law, was entitled: “Responsible Subjects in Complex Organisations”.

She began working for Studio Lageard as soon as she graduated and was admitted to the Turin Bar in 2014. She became a Partner of the firm in 2019.

She specialises in corporate criminal law and deals mainly with workplace health and safety, crimes against public safety, environmental crimes, corporate and tax crimes, the administrative liability of entities pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and data protection. She represents a variety of national and international clients, providing litigation and out of court advisory assistance.

She advises on Legislative Decree 231/2001, assisting clients with drafting company Organisational Models and assisting Supervisory Bodies with all aspects of compliance. She is also currently a member of a company Supervisory Body.

Avv. Deborah de Lorenzo also organises and delivers training courses in all areas of her expertise for clients including companies, training bodies and public entities.

She has an excellent working knowledge of English and French.
